After 15 minutes and watching Gary pass our table several times to great and service other tables, I finally flagged him down to let him know that we would like to order a cocktail when he had a moment. Our waiter, Gary, came by to ask about our water preferences and after that was delivered the entire night went off the rails. I am not one to do that because even a bad experience can be overlooked once.Not This One! New Years Eve, 2019 my family had a reservation for 7:45 pm and we arrived on time and were seated quickly by a very nice gentleman who was manning the reception desk.
